Kevin Wikse is among the world’s preeminent remote viewers and influencers. In early childhood, Kevin Wikse was covertly tested for his abilities and recruited for a classified project recently disclosed to him as “CHERUBIM” and once thought to be called “FLYING EYES.” Kevin Wikse was subject to unsolicited and unannounced visits at home and school in Chino, California. Living on a secluded culdesac, Kevin Wikse would be approached when outside playing, left home alone, and in his room late at night.
His visitors were primarily nicely-dressed men and women in their 40s or 50s whose stated affiliations changed as Kevin Wikse grew older (upon Kevin Wikse’s relocation to Boise, Idaho, in 1992, nearly all visitations of this kind ceased). He would be questioned about world events (circa the mid-1980s and early 1990s), what might happen in the future (Kevin Wikse, even then, was seeing Global Pandemics), and what the end of humanity might look like (he would see Pole Shift scenarios). When interacting with and after being questioned by these visitors, Kevin Wikse would become extremely tired, and they encouraged him to let his “eyes fly” to “wherever the answer is.”
Kevin Wikse was frequently taken out of class and brought to a particular portable classroom at his grade school. There was a man who looked like a pilot and children his age all sitting around the same table, but these kids did not go to school with Kevin Wikse (they all appeared very familiar, and he would have chance encounters with a few of them out of school). This occurred at both Ana Borba and Briggs Fundamental in Chino, CA.
Kevin Wikse and the other children would often be given a photograph of a person, most frequently a man but sometimes a woman, to stare at for a couple of minutes. The lights in the room would suddenly dim. Kevin Wikse and the other children would fall into a “dream-like state.” They were directed by the man dressed like a pilot to see where the individual in the picture was, followed by the phrase, “let your eyes fly.” The man dressed as a pilot would then have the children whisper an instruction or command in their target’s ear, “report immediately,” “check-in,” or “initiate directive.” The other children in the room would be gone when Kevin Wikse returned to ordinary consciousness.
The Pilot would then inform Kevin Wikse that he needed to forget any of this happened and what he could not forget, to keep his mouth shut about. Kevin Wikse was regularly threatened with suspensions, expulsions, juvenile detention, and other disciplinary actions if he spoke about project “CHERUBIM” or “FLYING EYES.”
In his late teens, a UFO sighting during a camping trip would unblock most of these memories from his conscious mind. Kevin Wikse has spent the past 30 years recapitulating these experiences. He is finishing his book, “Strange Strangers” detailing his experiences and lightly touching on project “CHERUBIM.”
Most recently, Kevin Wikse both demonstrated and documented his talents of Remote Viewing by predicting in stunning detail the 2020 COVID-19 “pandemic” replete with Chinese involvement, track-and-trace apps on smartphones, lockdowns, the reliances on “ZOOM” for business and Government meetings, among other details, beginning in 2015 to 2018, years BEFORE COVID-19, pandemics and lockdowns. Kevin Wikse is also credited with foreshadowing, if not outright directly psychically influencing, the death of Jeffery Epstein-also documented.
Kevin Wikse is looking for anyone involved in project “CHERUBIM” or “FLYING EYES.” More specifically, between 1985 and 1992, in or around Chino, CA. Kevin Wikse hopes that the phrases “let your eyes fly” or “flying eyes” will trigger repressed memories of the project in others, and maybe a reunion could occur.
